To prepare an accurate quote we only need a few things: the measurements, a few photos and the material you are interested in. This guide explains how to get them in a few minutes.
What you need
- A tape measure.
- Your phone to take photos.
- Paper or a note on your phone.
1. Straight walls
- Measure the wall's width from one end to the other, at waist height.
- Measure the height from floor to ceiling (or up to where you want the cladding to go).
- If the wall has doors or windows, measure the width and height of each one.
- Note any sockets, switches or cable outlets on the wall.
Tip: measure the width at two or three different heights. Walls are not always perfectly straight, and knowing the largest measurement helps us.
2. Columns
- Round column: wrap the tape around the column and write down the perimeter (all the way around) and the height.
- Square column: measure the width of each side and the height.
Columns and curves are clad with flexible MDF, which flexes piece by piece.
3. Furniture and counters
- Measure the width, height and depth of each side you want to clad.
- On curved fronts, measure the length along the curve with the tape, not in a straight line.
4. Photos that help us
- A front photo of the whole wall or piece of furniture.
- Close-up photos of edges, corners and trims.
- If you can, a photo with the tape measure extended for reference.
5. Choose material and colour
Tell us which material you are interested in: WPC fluted panel, carbon PVC panel or flexible MDF, and the colour or finish. Still deciding? See the colour and finish guide or try the wall visualizer.

6. Send it all on WhatsApp
Send the measurements, photos and material to +506 8961-3553. With that we work out how many pieces you need and send you the quote.
Quick checklist
- Width and height of each wall.
- Doors, windows and sockets.
- Perimeter and height of columns.
- Front and detail photos.
